A very easy recipe - the turkey was moist but the sauce needed a little kick. The overall taste was rather bland so next time around I would consider adding additional spices to the sauce to pick it up a little.

The prep was very simple, the flavor was a little on the mild side, but it was simply delicious. The red pepper sauce was a nice change from the usual meatloaf/ketchup sauce. Also a plus that the dish is healthy!

I made this w/ extra lean ground beef instead of turkey and it was a hit with my parents. Prep was very, very easy and I could get everything done and leave in the fridge until ready to toss it in the oven. I'll be making meatloaf much more often now!

This sounded like a good recipe, and actually the meatloaf itself was good; consistency, texture, etc. The red-pepper sauce tasted good too, but the meatloaf itself didn't have much flavor.

I will try again, and add more spices.

This turkey mealoaf was excellent. Not much too add to the meat but yet the taste was great. The red pepper sauce is what give this dish the flare of it all. This is a keeper

I have never written a review before, even though I always read them. This is an exception. I made this meatloaf exactly as written (maybe with an extra quarter pound of ground turkey and it was by far the best, freshest, lightest meatloaf I have ever had. I make meatloaf a lot and the family groaned when I told them it was meatloaf for dinner. They absolutely loved it!
