    The combination of fresh basil, and balsamic vinegar was absolutely devine. I used this for backyard brunch. My vegetarian guests were very pleased. It provided fiber and flavor.

    I made this recipe for a 4th of July potluck. It was fabulously easy to make and everyone loved it. Leftovers are also great.

    This was really good. I made it for guests and had a lot left over. The more it sits, the more the flavors combine. Beware: When making it, the balsamic vinegar sauce has a really wierd flavor but when it's combined it's really good!

    The red onions lend a spicy hot kick and this is great on a hot day- plus great to have in the fridge for that extra something to go with the main dish.

    My whole family loved this! I had to use mixed greens because bunches of arugula are not available where I live but it was still great. Perfect as a side for a summer dinner. This salad made me excited about trying all of Dave's other recipes.
