Each year I made about 8 different cookies and make up gift baskets for people. Four years in a row these have been the favourite and most requested cookie! They're not cheap to make, with the cost of the hazelnuts, but they are incredibly delicious and tender cookies.

Excellent and easy recipe. Went well with a cup of coffee with White Chocolate Caramel Latte Coffee-Mate!

I'm cycoswmn (Janett W from the Coffee-mate Brew Crew. This recipe called out for some Coffee-mate! I tried adding some Hazelnut flavored Coffee-mate to the recipe. I think it enhanced the flavors without ruining to consistancy of the batter! DE-LISH!!!

I'm a member of the Coffeemate Brew Crew and love trying new recipes and this one is delicious. The cookie is light and tasty and has a rich covering of chocolate that makes these so good!

I haven't made these yet- but I'm definitely going to try them this weekend when I'm baking all my holiday goodies. They will be perfect with a hot cup of coffee and shared with my closest friends.

I'm thinking the white chocolate caramel latte will go nicely with the Chocolate Dipped Hazelnut Shortbread recipe and as a coffeemate brew crew member (CARLJNY this may just be an item I put together for my next social gathering.

Thank you, I can't wait to try this recipe! I am going to add some of my Hazelnut Coffee-Mate creamer to the recipe and see how that turns out.

I make basically the same cookie, but I add crushed potato chips and crushed beer pretzels. And then dip one end in chocolate and the other in white chocolate. I got recipe from a Sunday paper last year and they were a really big hit. I had to make 2 more batches before Christmas Eve.

I read the other reviews before making these. I made the recipe according to the directions (and added the vanilla after I beat the eggs into the butter/sugar mixture. The dough was a good consistency and easy to form into logs ~ it was not too soft. I got 15 cookies. My husband and kids gave these cookies a thumbs up! I made 8 batches for my Christmas cookie exchange this week. I'm sure everyone will enjoy them. NOTE: I used a hand mixer ~ I did not have time to beat the sugar/butter by hand. I highly recommed this shortcut!!
