    just add a little more cream, salt to taste and you dont even have to blend the ingredients.

    Unless I made a grave error in preparation, this soup has NO taste, even after adding tons of freshly-ground black pepper & salt. I suggest doubling the amt. of broccoli & hope for better result.

    I enjoyed the soup but I can say that I have had better. The taste was sort of bland. It was really easy to make but I think it needs more falvor.

    I have never made cream soup before and was nervous, however this was great! I thickened it with a little more flour and added a touch of nutmeg and the whole family coudn't believe how wonderful this was.
