Very fresh tasting and easy to make. I used apple cider vinegar since it didn't specify and next time we will add more dill. This was the only potato salad that my husband said he actually liked and even asked for seconds.

LOL...I made this last week (see my review below. Well, one of my guests helped the hubby w/a little carpentry project yesterday, and of course, the hubs invited the helpers over for dinner tomorrow (steaks on the barbie.

Said guest said "do you think she'd mind making that potato salad again tomorrow"? A recommendation can't possibly be better than THAT!

I love this recipe for potato salad! I don't typically like potato salad, but this is a fabulous recipe. I have been asked by family members that I prepared it for to share it with them. Wonderful flavors! This is the only way I will ever prepare potato salad. Thank you, Dave Lieberman for sharing!

This is my new favorite potatoe salad. My husband liked it so much he went back to the store the next day to buy more ingredients to make some more since it got ate up at the party! Few changes I made were half part sour cream, used green onion and red onion, and most importantly I added about half jar of small capers. That was the best part we thought. Any vinegar probably works, I used rice vinegar. First time I have not overcooked my potatoes so be sure to take them off the stove before really done, they must be firm. Love it!

Yummmmm this is delicious!!! Better than I expected honestly. I've never tried to make a potato salad before but this is the only recipe I'll ever need. I'm not a big fan of celery so I substituted it with red pepper. The only complaint I have about this recipe is it leaves a bad aftertaste...
