This is a great basic potato salad - not too mayonnaisey - I loved the flavor of it. Will definitely make it again.

I followed the recipe except substituted tiny new redskins. It was fabulous. It has a nice zing, but is very different and fresh tasting.

My daughter made this yesterday and I was enchanted with it. I had to get my own copy.

This is better than my Mom's potato salad and I thought Mom's recipe coudn't be beat. Dave does it again!

It's really a toss-up as to whether this is best warm or cold. Either way, it's as good as or better than what mom used to make.

very very tasty and crunchy. i left out celery and used yellow onion instead of the red on. yellow onion adds more spicy flavor to the salad. my husband is very picky on potato salad. he says it is different but very good.

I liked this recipe because it is a nice variation to the regular potato salad recipe. It looks very nice to serve because of the splash of color by the dill. It is also very easy to make for a bbq!

This was easy to make and very tasty. I don't even like potato salad usually but this was really good. Thanks

Even using reduced-fat mayo, this was outstanding. I didn't realize how much of a difference there was by cubing the Yukons after cooking - they stayed slightly firm to the bite, and even better, they didn't crumble during mixing. And don't skimp on that fresh dill! The last line of the recipe instruction says not to refrigerate, but the chilled leftovers were every bit as tasty. The dressing isn't really tart like you'd expect with vinegar and lemon juice included; these just add a little sunshine to the finished dish. So nice to finally find a dressing that doesn't overpower the other ingredients like traditional potato salad recipes.

I left out the celery, since I don't like it. Everyone loved it and said it was so tangy and different.
