    A very bright and flavorful potato salad. I used small red potatoes, fresh Vadalia onion, and apple-cider vinegar. Great with and kind of barbeque.

    My wife traditionally does not like potato salad. I made this and she could not get enough!!! I would definitly make this for picnics/etc. We ate it when the potatoes were still slightly warm and it was very good.

    Easy to make and "very tasty". I am always looking for variations to the traditional potato salad recipe and this one is a keeper. When I try a new recipe, I bring some into the office for opinions and this one was gone in 60 seconds, which says it all.
