Yummmmm this is delicious!!! Better than I expected honestly. I've never tried to make a potato salad before but this is the only recipe I'll ever need. I'm not a big fan of celery so I substituted it with red pepper. The only complaint I have about this recipe is it leaves a bad aftertaste...

Delicous!! I like potato salad without eggs, so this was great for me. Also, I overcooked potatoes a little bit probably cause my potatoes were small. I used about 1 Tbsp less of the dill as mine was quite fresh and flavorful. I think you should add some of the ingredients (i.e.vinegar, dijon and dill in smaller amounts to taste cause the flavors are quite strong, but YUMMY YUMMY!!

I love this recipe! I used it all last summer to compliment my barbecues. (Although, I do use Balsamic vinegar in mine. Super delicious!!!

After scouring the internet for delicious potato salad recipe's for an upcoming potluck/bbq, as soon as I saw this one, I knew I'd found my match. My parents originally came from the Soviet Union, and one of my absolute favorite side dishes growing up was boiled potatoes with a touch of butter and a ton of fresh dill (mmmm, so I knew that the addition of dill to a potato salad would be just as delicious. I ended up using Eastern White potatoes (they were cheaper and they were just fine. I made the original quantity instead of using the whole 5 lb bag and it ran out before anything else. Next time, I'll know to make more!

This is the most requested potato salad that I have ever made. Whenever I have to choose which recipe to fix, mine (which is more on the sweet side or this one, even I now am opting for this recipe. It is just that good and will be on my picnic table for the rest of my life. It's just that GOOD!!!

I have never made potato salad before because it is not my favorite thing...not any more...this was FANTASTIC! I made it for a family get together and everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. This recipe is defintely a keeper and much better than your average potato salad. Highly recommend it.
