This is the easiest risotto recipe and it tastes far better than when i do the traditional preparation. We did veal tenderloin instead of pork and it was heavenly.

I only made the Pork part, but it just came out perfectly cooked and delicious.

This was a home-run. It was easy to make, simple preparation, and delicious. I did cook the pork tenderloin for longer than the recommended ten minutes and it still worked out well. There were no leftovers!

I don't like mushrooms so I added more stock, stirred it a little more often and added more cheese. The pork was incredible.

Rachel Ray and some of the others have become a bit much for my taste but Dave is a rock solid cook with great skills. He's a home chefs friend. Thanks Dave and all of the reviews and suggestions.

I made the pork tenderloin, not the risotto. Great and SO easy. The only problem was I smoked up the house quite a bit when searing the meat. Next time I won't do it on high heat, but maybe medium instead. Oops!

For this dish I substituted Lamb for Pork, and it was amazing! The risotto was superb, and after this meal, lamb is my new favorite meat.

For the lamb I basically followed the same cooking times as the lamb, but when I seared the meat I added onion and garlic. I did this in order to make a gravy when was done.

So easy to make, and so very delicious!

I have made this recipe for my family and company. Everyone always praises how delicious it is. The tenderloin is soft enough to cut with a fork only.
    I love this recipe...........

This was an awesome meal. I was so proud of myself for making it. The pork was delish, even my kids loved it. The risotto was even better, although you have to like mushrooms as it was very mushroomy. I couldn't wait to eat the leftovers the next day.
