    Excellent! I'm no chef however this recipe was so simple and absolutely delicious that I can make it with my eyes closed. Will make it again and again - highly recommended. LOVE IT!

    I made the Rosemary Grilled Pork Tenderloin for dinner tonight. I consider myself a great cook and my husband thinks so too, but this recipe took my cooking to a whole new level! It was SOOOOOOO EASY too! WOW, was this ever good! My husband said that this is one of my BEST meals EVER! I didn't have time to make the risotto but will try that soon. I still cannot believe how easy this was--I actually feel like I sat down tonite in a 5-Star Restaurant and was served a mind-boggling dinner. All that was missing was the white tablecloth! I am so proud of myself right now! YUM!

    The pork was really easy to prepare and was very moist. The risotto was also very easy. Based on the reviews I only used 1/4 oz of dried mushrooms in 1/2 cup water and increased the chicken stock to 1 1/2 cups. It was delicious! My husband thought it was just ok but I give it 5 stars.

    Loved this easy to make recipe. It was a favorite and I will definitely make it again. It is nice to serve to quests and is elegant but simple.

    Made this recipe last night for dinner and loved it! Risotto was creamy and the rich flavor of the mushrooms and cheese in it gave it a rich exotic taste. The tenderloin was super simple and delicious with the fresh rosemary from my herb garden.

    The pork turned out great, the family really enjoyed it. Very easy to make. But, did not care for the flavor of the mushrooms in the risotto. It too was very easy to make, but the mushroom flavor is VERY strong and overpowering.
