Absolutely delicious. The only thing I changed is that I used leftover grilled chicken instead of cooking as instructed -- a great use of leftovers!

I love curry, so I try many different receipes for curry chicken salad. This one will become one of my favorites. It has less mayo and some other receipes, which I like. And the chicken was very moist.

I don't know much about curry myself, and I thought my husband would definitly turn up his nose at this one, I even left out the grapes just in case it was too weird for him. Well, he couldn't get enough of it!! In fact, he's become a huge foofoo chicken salad lover since, even eating it with nuts, grapes, raisins, you name it! Kudos Dave, I'm making it again tonight!!

I made this just a couple of hours in advance and we stuffed the salad in wheat pitas with spinach. My boyfriend described it as "interesting" at first bite, but went back to get seconds. The finish product looks like an expensive salad at Whole Foods or any other specialty grocer, very impressive.

Fantastic dish that my hubby keeps asking for as do my neighbors. Instead of boiling the chicken, I bought boneless skinlees chicken breasts & just baked them with a foil covering and cut them up..in addition I added the chopped cilantro to the mix of the rest of the ingredients. Thanks for a winner.

Wow, And I am not a fan of mayonnaise dressed salad type things, or really of mayonnaise at all.....but WOW

I first made this im May, when Dave made this for his mother. I since have made this several times adding walnuts or waterchestnuts to the dish. Delicious.....

Needs some sort of heat, like minced jalapenos.

easy to make. great as is or in a pita. perfect flavor combination and not too mayonnaise-y (which I can't handle. My only criticism is that I did not taste even a hint of cilantro - which I love. I realize that it's just used for poaching, but I am wondering if you have to go through that much trouble when I don't know that it adds anything to the recipe.
