After reading the reviews, I made it a day ahead for a company potluck. Boy did everyone rave! I did have a taste the night I made it and it was good; but it was even better the next day! Yum! I added slivered almonds for an extra crunch. Try it as a sandwich with crunchy iceberg lettuce...*Homer drool*

This recipe works well with chicken or turkey... even smoked poultry. Also enjoyed adding other ingredients such as toasted pecans, raisins, apple, etc.

We are not familiar with curry so were not sure how we'd like this recipe and after taking the first bite, I thought I didn't know if I liked it but then, the flavor kicked in, and each bite was better than the last! My husband felt the same way. Any recipe that we want to make and eat again is surely a winner since we are really into trying new recipes. I think this would be good with apples in it instead of the grapes when they are not available at a reasonable price.

This is such an easy recipe and so delicious. I didn't have cilantro handy when I first made this, so I used chives in the cooking water which added a nice onion flavor. I'm not a big fan of fruit in savory dishes, but the grapes were pretty good with the curry seasoning. Leftovers (if there are any are great served in pita bread for a quick lunch.

This is a great recipe. Have made it several times. I add a pack of chicken tenders along with the thighs. I have also chopped the chicken much finer and diced the celery and grapes and it makes a great party dip!
