I used a mild curry, and it's just fantastic! I love chicken salad, and this one is absolutely wonderful. The honey, curry, lemon juice, and mayo mix together for a great dressing. Great job, Dave!

i had the show in mind when i was grocery shopping, but i couldn't remember all the ingredients. i made it with chicken thighs, celery, lemon, mayo, organic white honey, and some golden raisins. oh, and of course the curry. this is the BEST chicken salad i've ever made. my mom was very concerned about the curry, but even she loved it. love ya, dave!
