Made this for an international crowd including diplomats such as the German Ambassador and everyone absolutely loved it. Was desperate for a recipe to serve 30 and this is easily doubled, then made 2 doubled batches. Thank you for the wonderful recipe. Now have to copy and paste it so it can be passed onto the crowd asking for the recipe. Wonderful!!!

This colorful, delicious and flavorfull recipe has become a go to for buffet dinners. It complements fish, chicken as well as meat and is so quick to prepare - a real timesaver, especially when you are preparing multiple dishes. It is a hit with our family and guests; many of whom ask for the recipe.

Easy and very tasty. Flavor combos are great, def. use the freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice. I did cut the amount of curry powder, but it was still prominent. Served it at work and it got great reviews and everyone was surprised how much they liked the flavors. I think it’s perfect for a BBQ, make a head and healthier option!

Very good Salad, i made this for a family reunion and had lots of request for the recipe. I did add feta cheese and used slice toasted/roasted almonds.

My mom decided to steal the recipe and bring it to potlucks well she dressed it up by adding grilled chicken pieces, green peppers.

Great!! I also did this with Uncle Ben's Brown Rice instead of couscous for a gluten free alternative. Added a little more lemon and orange juice as well. Yummy!!
