I substituted the dried cranberries for raisins and it still tasted great, and it's so simple! Couscous has never tasted better...

Wow, this is terrific! So easy to prepare, and the flavors meld beautifully. I would definitely recommend using hot curry powder. I only had regular, so I added a teaspoon of cayenne, and it was great. This is definitely a keeper! Thanks!

This dish was absolutely fantastic. I was looking for an interesting dish to go with spicy-mustard marinated grilled pork. This was perfect. I used toasted pine nuts instead of walnuts, and it was great. My only recommendation would be to use about half of the cranberries called for in the recipe, as they were a bit overpowering. Will definitely make again and recommend!

I used dried cherries instead of cranberries and it still turned out good. This was my first time ever trying couscous and I really liked it. I could not believe how easy this was to make. I will use this recipe again.

This was delicious!!! I made mine without nuts or parsley, but I'm sure that it's even better with them in it!!
