This recipe is the best!!! Not only is the salmon wonderful ,but the cucumber sauce is excellent. We now use the sauce for gyros. My entire family ( 23 of us including neices and nephews loved it. I serve it with marinated flank steak and call it "surf and turf on the cheaper side".

I fixed this for a dinner party. Everyone loved it. It is also nice that it can be prepared ahead so you don't miss time with guests working in the kitchen.
I ended up sending the recipe home with our guests!

I used this recipe just for the cucumber sauce to compliment some stuffed salmon I was making and it was soooo good. I added a tiny bit of dijon mustard for extra zing and it was perfect at our dinner party. I did not try the actual salmon recipe included with this but it sounds great too. Definately will try it next time. I will use this again.
