Made these twice now. They are very good and very tender. Definitely recommend this recipe to anyone looking for some great dry rub ribs.

The pepper gives it a good bite at the end.

This was my first attempt at ribs and I can't believe how delicious they were. I used brown sugar instead of white and added some garlic and chile powder to the recipe. I cooked the ribs for 2-1/2 hours at 300 degrees. I took them out and brushed Sweet Baby Ray's Bar-B-Q Sauce on them and put them back in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. The meat just fell off of the bone. Thanks Dave for an awesome recipe!

Followed the directions exactly adding garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar as others suggested. Hubby put them on the grill for a few minutes and we ate with our favorite BBQ sauce. These were so easy and flavorful. So glad to have something we can do in the winter or the rain.
