The combination of spices is just plain delicious. I used it on a small pork roast and this recipe is a keeper!

This recipe is a winner. Absolutely no need for any sauce! My husband loves to put sauces on everything and he didn't on these. I substituted sugar for brown sugar and added onion powder and garlic powder.

The rub can be made in advance and stored in an air tight container. The ribs have a really great flavor with this recipe. It is so easy to prepare.

I made 13 pounds for my son's family birthday party. They were super-easy and delicious. Like another reviewer, I added brown sugar, garlic powder and onion powder.

I left rub on overnight. I made 10 lbs for the Daytona 500. The race was rained out ,but the party was still a blast with this wonderful recipe. I will only cook ribs like this from now on.

and they're delicious. I also use brown sugar and add garlic and onion powder. The house smells fantastic while these cook. Certainly warms those cold Michigan winter days.

I usually like to BBQ my ribs and slather them with sauce, but these were very good. Will do them again, maybe try them on the Barbie, wrapped in foil, and finish off in the oven to give them and nice crisp

    Cook from Garden Valley, CA
