I made this dish last night and it was ok. It super quick and easy, but it lacked a ton of flavor. Maybe if I let the rub soak in over night it may have been better. But with thin slices of london broil the top coating didn't cut it in the flavor category.

This was SO good! You could use this rub on any kind of meat. Very Tasty, Very Tender! It made my London Broil taste just like a Filet (or better Thanks Dave.

I have to say that I didn't like the london broil. But the rub was incredible. I make it all the time for porkchops in the broiler. Yummy!

This was a nice rub, and good change from our normal marination. I will probably make a few modifications the next time I use it though.

This was a very easy recipe and was very tasty. This bruned a bit on the grill, but definitely locked in the meat juices.

I used this rub on strip steak and it was very good. One thing I did was used a sweet smoked spanish paprika. Not the plain sweet.

For the folks that can't find paprika, do a web search.

It is remarkable how Salt, Pepper, and Garlic can make a wonderful rub! I took a $6.00 (2 lb. London Broil, cooked it on the grill, and four people absolutely loved it! The leftovers make fantastic steak sandwiches, too!
    I will do it again.
