I made dinner for my wife a few nights ago with this rub and she loved it. Call it the secret dry rub spice!

I thought the rub was pretty good, although I might add a little more chili powder in the future. I used a pretty thick steak, and let it refrigerate with the rub for about 8 hours before grilling. Still, the rub wasn't overwhelming.

I have always had trouble making a london broil that didn't taste like shoe leather. This one was perfect!

The rub is AWESOME! I will probably try it on different beef cuts in the future, but I will definitely make this again.

I used a little less than a 2 pound london broil and found that I needed to cook it for ten minutes on each side and it was still rather rare. Also, I found that the paprika was overpowering. You could probably use just half and the taste would be fine. It sounds like a lot of people are having trouble finding the paprika. You can find it a most gourmets markets. Its just called paprika, not "sweet." Do not confuse it with "hot" paprika!!

My husband and I loved it! I also couldn't find sweet paprika, so I used some minced onion just for variety. Very zesty and flavorful, and easy to cook!

This was good, but I would probably use half of the chili powder & a little more salt. Chili powder flavor was a touch too much for me.

I made this dish (along with the veggie skewers for my girlfriend and it was fantastic! We opted to cook the meat & veggies on the outdoor grill and it really came out well - easy recipe to follow (except for sweet paprika - is there a difference? We couldn't find it anywhere. We'll make this again - no doubt about it!
