We were so bored with cranberry sauce, and this was the perfect change we needed! The flavors were excellent!

This is my first time making cranberry sauce. I tried David's recipe and it turned out great. The only thing I didn't add in was the fennel seed but I did everything else like he said. Thanks for the great recipe!

Fennel and Orange add a good deal of flavor to this simple but tasty dish.

I fixed this for my family instead of buying the canned crans...since fennel is not a favorite flavor, I added a touch of lemon zest instead. And it was ummm ummm Good! I have been told to "Do it again, Mom!!" Thanks Paula again for a job well done, it IS a good thing!!

I've never made cranberry sauce before until this past Thanksgiving. I used organic fresh cranberries. It did take a lot more time for the liquid to evaporate but in time, it came out pretty good. It was sweet and tangy!

Really, this recipe is a 4 and a half. Its very easy to make, and had a nice citrus flavor. Needed a little extra sugar to get the right balance between tangy and sweet. Make sure to taste for sweetness before serving.
