Ingredients
  • 4 cups mango juice, room temperature
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 -inch piece peeled ginger, grated with microplane
  • 1/2 cup superfine sugar
Directions

Whisk together all the ingredients in a large baking dish. Freeze overnight until solid. Scrape with fork to serve.
