Such a fresh bright taste. I skipped the olives and loved it.

This is the best salad I have ever made! It's so fresh and the chicken is wonderful full of great flavor. I was a little afraid of all the ingredients but it came together perfectly. Thanks so much for this recipe!

This is a great filling salad that is an easy dinner main course. My only suggestion is to double (or more the dressing portion depending on how much you expect to make - definitely not enough for 4 servings.

Overall a great greek salad recipe but the real standout is the chicken. I was going to marinate my boneless, skinless chicken breasts for four hours (to get the most flavor possible but after two hours the lemon had started to cook the meat so I went ahead and grilled them. I cannot tell you how wonderfully lemony and juicy they were. This marinade is going in the permanent recipe file. Thanks Dave!

I was so pleased to find out it was very easy to make and it tasted as good as it looked, which was great. Love the combination of the oregano with the greek flavors.

Wow, this turned out really great! I hate cutting up chicken so I used chicken tenders and it was perfect. Even the kids liked it!

The marinade for the chicken is great. Can be used again, outside this recipe. Very good and easy greek salad recipe. Also, love the taste of English cucumbers.
