this is one of my favorite things to grill. i usually use chicken thighs because i like dark meat.

I needed something to do with chicken thighs and this was perfect! Cook it close to the fire near the end to get that nice charred flavor.

I was super excited for this recipe. It was good but I have to agree with most of the other reviews...it did not have much flavor. I marinated for 4 hours and couldn't taste much of the marinade.

This has a very strong citrus taste and that's fine, it just tastes a little one-dimensional. I even added some grated garlic, but it needs something to counterbalance the citrus. Maybe something creamy... not really sure.

The flavor was so bland i marinated it for 1 hour and it took like 45 minutes to cook..so save your time and don't make it

It worked really well with skinless+boneless thighs. Just "grilled" it on a stove-top grill pan, and it tasted GREAT! Used a salt+garlic blend with it.

I think it is a good Idea to put Lemon on the chicken because it adds great Flavor dont you think so also.

It's easy to make (I've just started to teach myself how to cook so have no idea what i'm doing yet, but even i didn't mess this up. It came out delicous! In fact I'm going to make it again it was so good. Thanks for this flavor-filled simple recipe! ^-^
