    I think it is a good Idea to put Lemon on the chicken because it adds great Flavor dont you think so also.

    It's easy to make (I've just started to teach myself how to cook so have no idea what i'm doing yet, but even i didn't mess this up. It came out delicous! In fact I'm going to make it again it was so good. Thanks for this flavor-filled simple recipe! ^-^

    This marinade was great! I used boneless, skinless thighs and the flavor went through most of the chicken. I did marinate all day instead of the 1 hour. I will definitely be making again!

    This turned out good. I slit the chichen several times and marinated for 45 minutes and baked it in the oven for 40 minutes in the marinate juice. It was flavorful. The zest really adds to the flavor.

    I let it marinate in the fridge for 2 or 3 hours, and the chicken was moist had a very nice citrusy flavor, but it could have used a little something else to make it pop.

    There is some prep to this dish, but it can be done well ahead and the result is very much worth the wait. Suggestion - skip the zester and get a course food plane. It's a lot easier.
