This recipes was very easy and tasted great!! I liked that you use the zest and juice of the fruit, usually a recipe only calls for one or the other. My whole family loved this

I've made this twice now with chicken breasts and it is a real hit at our house. I added a little pressed garlic and grilled some fresh pineapple to put on top. Great summer recipe.

First of all, thighs are rich and citrus fruits are not strong enough to flavor dark meat. Since this recipe recieved such great reviews, I tried it. I marinaded my chickenfor five hours then followed the recipe exactly. My boyfriend thought the marinade "sucked" and so did I. I don't recommend this recipe unless you like bland food. I wasted fruit.

Ingredients and dish was too simple. It is a perfect, fast, easy dish for a backyard barbeque.

I used it on shrimp and it was the best!!
I added a crushed clove of garlic, finely diced jalapeno and sprinkle of crushed red peppers instead of the hot sauce.
Strain and reduce the liquid and baste while grilling...
    Excellent!!!

The marinade gave the chicken a fresh citrus flavor. The acid from all of the fruits also acted as a tenderizer. When I tried this dish, I used a grill pan on the stove. This was a bad idea because the skin from the chicken thighs caused too much smoke. Better to try this recipe on an outdoor grill. Overall this is a good dish.

This marinade is fresh and citrusy. I will make this again. I will use this for chicken breasts and boneless chicken thighs. My bone-in chicken thighs required a longer grilling time on my gas grill. The oil in the marinade and the fat from the skin-on thighs caused flare-ups on the grill. I would recommend a couple of hours for the marinade to give full flavor.

This was the best marinade I have tried in a long time. It didn't taste too much like orange or lemon. It was jsut a fresh citrus taste. The thyme was key. I highly recommend this marinade with any cut of chicken.
