So tasty and easy! I tried this recipe out for my hubby, sister, and brother-in-law. I didn't tell them what the ricotta was because I was afraid they'd get grossed out. They all enjoyed it, a lot. I thought it was so good! Will definitely do this recipe again!!

This was a refresing summer desert that was not only easy to make, but very delicious. I think the key though is to be sure your fruit is not too hard.

Since peaches and plums are not in season yet, I used frozen peach and mango slices and fresh pineapple. I also used low fat ricotta with a drizzle of honey. This was tasty.
