These halibut kabobs were a huge hit - even for our daughter who doesn't normally like fish. I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe and I will use it again. Thank you!

This was a fairly low effort, easy to make recipe. The marinade is so simple, but the flavors are really fresh. It's a great summertime recipe when everything is in season. My kids even loved the halibut. I will definitely make this again.

These were really good, especially because they looked just like the photo. They had a nice balance of flavors, and there are many herbs in addition to oregano that can be used. Very easy to make!

These were scrumptious! We served them with saffron rice, and I used fresh oregano instead of dried, just because I happened to have it.

I will make this again! It was light, healthy, and very tasty. I used cherry tomatoes instead of grape. Also my zucchinis were small, so I did not half them. All still tasted great and was easy to make. Thank you!
