Easy, tasty, zesty ranch is perfect with crunchy, crispy iceberg. This should be a staple in every American kitchen! Blow your friends/family away with this super combo. Points for presentation: wedge is impressive on the plate vs. flat mixed greens & so much more fun to eat! Thanks Dave!!!

THIS IS A TERRIFIC SALAD DRESSING, HOWEVER, WHEN I WAS WATCHING DAVE PREPARE THE DRESSING, HE INCLUDED SOUR CREAM IN THE PREPARATION BUT IT WAS OMITTED FROM THE LISTING OF INGREDIENTS ON THE WEBSITE. I USED 1/4 C THE MAYO AND INCLUDED 1/4 C SOUR CREAM AND ADDED A BIT MORE WHITE VINEGAR. ALSO CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE IS A GOOD ADDITION.
