Excellent and certainly easy - I used bone in chicken breasts as we are a family who likes white meat chicken, took out breasts like recipe described at proper time and proceeded to complete recipe. I do agree that green beans cooked just a little longer would certainly make recipe even more delicious.

We loved this, the only thing you might change is how long to cook the beans. They were a little rubbery at 4 minutes. Maybe 6 would be better.

This recipe was easy to follow and met all of my expectations. Plus it made my home smell wonderful. I particularly liked the advice about skimming the crud off the top, cause it was definately there.
I made it in a crockpot, which worked wonderfully. Also, I just put it all together in the morning, except the potatoes and beans, then when I got home at the end of the day I pulled out the bones and added the potatoes and beans and diner was ready in half an hour.

Living through Colorado winters, there's nothing like a good collection of "Comfort Food" recipes. Keeps well and is even better the next day!

Was very tasty. Fresh vegetables added flavor while hot pepper sauce gave it a tangy, barbecue type flavor. Was easy to make and sense to my liking being the beginner cook I am. I would be so bold to invite company over and serve with no reservations.
