What a treat to have a bit of delicious, fresh hummus! It was quick and easy with the few simple ingredients this recipe required. I am sure my company tonight will thoroughly enjoy this with a bit of warm naan. Thank you!

Made this for Super Bowl appetizer. Served it with garlic pita bread chips. It was WONDERFUL! Used my finger to get the last bit out of the bowl. Good strong flavor because of garlic. Be sure to drizzle it with good olive oil.

I love all Dave Lieberman's recipes, but this one was so fast and easy and delicious, I had to review it! I used the food processor, and I didn't have any parsley, so I used cilantro. It took longer to clean up afterwards than it did to actually make the dish. I highly recommend it. Thanks, Dave!

This is excellent, easy, quick and way better then store bought. I did do it in a food processor and it worked very well. I am taking to a superbowl party tomorrow and I am sure it will be a crowd pleaser!!
