No need to wash the pan. Both times I made this recipe, there was
not a morsel left over for the next day. Its really easy and turns out great
with minimal effort! I used X-Wide Manishevitz noodles and golden raisins.

I loved this recipe! I have to be very careful what I eat because of health issues, so I changed just a few things. I use high fiber noodles, fat free cottage cheese and fat free sour cream. Brown sugar instead of white. I also used dried cranberries instead of raisons. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!

Last time I had this dish I was probably 8 years old. I suddenly realized I was craving it and had pretty much forgotten how it tastes. So, I decided to try this recipe for passover. It could not have turned out more delicious, or be more simple to make! Definitely satisfies my sweet tooth and perfect substitute when you're missing all that bread! I will be making it again and again! My only slight addition was a bit of vanilla extract to enhance the sweet flavor. Yum!

This is a basic Jewish recipe similar to what my own grandmother passed on to me. Delish and a vegetarian's delight.

I had forward this recipe to a friend. She loved it! My boyfriend is Jewish and he said, "It was Excellent", but of course I did not make it as good as his mom.

Wonderful & very easy. I made two big dishes and substitued canned pineapple for rasins. Also I added a bit of lemon juice and zest.
    Don't over bake it!
We served it at a Sunday brunch for 24 people. It was a hit...everyone wanted the recipe. It kept well on the buffet table. Leftover was very good either warmed or cold for several days (as long as it lasted for my husband and me.
