I made this dish as part of our Christmas Dinner (for my jewish cousin - he got such a kick out of it. Everyone loved it. Not only was it easy to make but I was able to make it the night before and just reheat for dinner on Christmas. Thanks Dave.

I halfed the recipe and put in a square baking dish. I also made a few subsitutions-used 10x sugar and 1/3 pnd of noodles. Awesome! I did find this needed a longer cooking time. Perfect when paired with Polly Cohen chicken.

My grandparents lived in another state and every time we visited she made this kugal. When I grew up I made this for my parents when they visited me. My son loves it and now I make it for him. Great family tradition and so good. Thanks for an old favorite.

I saw this episode and coudln't remember the last time I had a noodle kugel. I made a half recipe using low fat sour cream and lf cottage cheese (NOT fat free, just LF. I used golden raisins as I like them better. Very tasty, very easy... only bummer was my 4 yr old wouldn't try it.

This is so creamy and delicious. I didn't have any raisins so I substituted crushed pineapple. I'll definitely make this one again.

This is a keeper. Made it last night and really enjoyed it. Recipe works as written and was even better the next day out of the fridge. Thanks for sharing this family favorite, Dave.
