I brought this to a barbeque, and shall we just say, "they worshipped at my feet"? I added a layer of pudding, as suggested in other reviews, and I think it was a good call. A BIG hit!!!

I made this for a pot-luck at a church Bible Study Brunch.
First of all...it is insanely easy!!
    Second...it looks amazing!!
    Third...the taste is terrific!!
Fourth...6 women asked me to marry them!?!
Everyone said it tasted better the next day....so I made it a day early.
I used frozen peaches which were just fine.
I added in a few blueberries and raspberries to each layer to add a little color.
I made some vanilla pudding (sugar-free and put 1/3 on the top of each layer of cornbread.
I saved a few slices of peach and some berries to decorate the top along with a sprig or two of mint and...voila! A masterpiece.
    Thanks for this recipe!

i made this for our annual family thanksgiving dinner, and it was a big hit! although it takes some time to make, the outcome is well worth the work. i followed another reviewer's advice, and added a layer of vanilla pudding to moisten up the cake. i can't wait to make this again.

I love this recipe, especially for a crowd. I used a Jiffy corn bread mix and added 1/2 cup of sugar to add a bit of sweetness. I also added blueberries that I had on hand which was great for taste and color. I will absolutely make this again!

I made this on two occasions and each time everyone loved it. The combination of peaches and cornbread is unexpected, but they go together perfectly. It is important to use very ripe, fresh peaches so the juice seeps into the cornbread more.

This is an easy, delicious recipe that is great for summer picnics and barbeques. I recommend reserving some of the heavy cream to splash over each cornbread layers (it helps to soften the cornbread so that the trifle melds better.

It was a good recipe, but dry what helped to make it better was to add a layer of vanilla pudding on the top of the cornbread
