I made this as a starter for dinner last night, and everyone devoured it! It was a really light and delicious way to enjoy some of the season's fresh produce.
A few notes: I omitted the potatoes because we were having enough starch. I also took other reviewers' advice and reduced the olive oil and salt. I will definitely make this again!

This is an easy summer salad that lets the flavors of the vegetables come through without a heavy dressing. I've shared it with two other families and they both asked for the recipe and made it the same week. It's perfect when you follow the recipe as written, but would also be good with tender green beans...

this was a refreshing, summery take on a potato salad. i didnt use all the olive oil it called for, and it still tasted wonderful!

This salad is easy to make and tastes
wonderful. Serve it with a grilled main dish and you won't need anything else. My family loves it!

Great for summer evening, flavorful, colorful and easy. Even my husband who likes things plain and simple loved it.

I added fresh cubed turnips from the garden cooked with the potatoes and that was a wonderful addition to an already spectacular recipe. Thanx Dave!

This salad tastes of summer! It is colorful and tasty. I served it for Easter last year and it was so well received by the adults and kids that I will be doing it again this year. And you have no idea how hard it is for me to find fresh basil! I live in the sticks, this year I my plant my own!
