You get it all with these tapas....they are sweet, savory, creamy and crunchy. The flavors blend so well. These are seriously the most wonderful tasting things........try them!!!!!!!

Didn't last - people were going back for fourths and fifths. It takes best when the bacon is cooked to crispy and while the dates may appear a little charred, they're fantastic. Some one suggested I try with cream cheese - don't. It was tasteless. Nothing beats the ricotta cheese.

I brought this dish to a dinner party for 12 and had to go through the recipe at least 12 times! Surprisingly, it was a first time dish for all- a big hit.
