This was very simple to make and the outcome was more than what I could have expected with such few ingredients. It had such a fresh and wonderful flavor. I used the organic chicken broth and parmigiano reggiano cheese in my soup and it really couldn't have been more tasty. Even my 1 year old liked it! I will definitly make this one again!

This was a just okay soup, not a lot of flavor. I think I would make it again, but would a little more spice to it, to kick up the flavor a little.

I followed the advice of some earlier reviews and added a potato and made sure to use stock (not broth. Major raves for how incredibly easy this is to prepare. The texture is nice, but it is still a bit bland. I had some fresh dill in the fridge that I threw in as a garnish-- it added just enough to make the soup interesting.

Dish has a skunky, gassy flavor. Cauliflower flavor was poor.

This recipe was easy to prepare and very tasty. I add some cayenne pepper for an additional kick. A great winter warm-up soup.

This is a good recipe but can be turned into a great recipe with a few minor additions. Add some bacon fat and white pepper to the onions and garlic when sweating them, add some aged cheddar (reduce amt. or parm. add more cheddar and finish with some half & half. Turns out great.

Was quick and easy to make, but needs extra kick . . . we garnised with chives, fresh blackpepper, and a few drops of truffle oil. Nice way to make a creamy soup base without using cream, add small potatoe to make extra creamy.

THey key to this recipe is good chicken STOCK. I used a purchased organic chicken stock and it was perfect. If you use the canned/purchased chicken broth you will be disappointed. A tiny pinch of nutmeg at the end added a little boost. Quick, easy, healthy, and economical. I will make this again!
