Perfect for a chilly fall or winter night. I added cayenne pepper when the onions and garlic were sauteing and oregano with the parmesan, which added so much flavor! Fantastic!

I followed the recipe for the soup exactly. At first, I put it through the food mill after cooking, but there was too much texture and it tasted like mushy cauliflower instead of soup. After putting it through the blender, it transformed into the silky cauliflower soup it was supposed to be! Absolutely delicious.

This is a very tasty recipe. I made it exactly as stated and it was perfect - would not change a thing. I had a head of cauliflower that was not used and wanted to make something different. Can't wait for leftovers.

Very good, indeed. My husband loved it, as did I. In addition to the posted ingredients I added a leek (white part and a celery stalk. You could add two. It's the first time I made it, but I think the celery and leek helped make it more flavorful.

This soup is delicious and one of my favorites! It's not a creamy soup, just yummy!

This soup was easy, delicious, and healthy. Made it with veggie broth so it would be vegetarian--still delicious! However, the Parmesan crisps were very difficult to break apart, I ended up with crumbles. Will be making this again tonight, but using Giada's crisps recipe. All in all, a great meal!

This was an extremely savory soup with such healthy ingredients! I added an extra clove of garlic and green onion and absolutely loved it!
