This is such a simple soup. The worst part was transfering from pot to blender. I used vege. broth instead, and used 1/2 cup of Asiago cheese and sprinkled in the Parmesan. I topped it off with green onions, for added flavor, texture, and color. This was great, and will be making again for sure. It was the perfect light soup for a cold winter day.

This was bland....more salt and some hot sauce helped. I loved it!

This was a very tasty soup that took minutes to make. I'd have to say this is by far the easiest and quickest soup I've ever made.

I added one potato and a full cup of parmesan cheese for a smoother, creamier soup. Delicious!

If you have someone in your house that doesn't like cauliflower, this is a great way to prepare it. The consistency is smooth and the taste is reminiscent of potato. It was even good the next day.

This was a very greasy, weird soup. Not at all what was explained on his show. I really just tasted like chicken broth with cauliflower in it. I like cauliflower so I wasn't impressed.

This is a wonderful dish -- I added some of my favorite flavorings, potatoes, spices. My son and his football buds literally licked the bowl.
