    I've tried brussle sprouts a few different way, including with bacon and they are always so gross. one of my least favorite veggies and my hubby's least favorite for sure. These were so good! They were very tender and had the feeling of melting in my mouth. There was a nutty taste about them and they were quite mild. Especially delious with the chicken stock/butter sauce drizzled on top. YUM!

    These were really tasty. Nice and tender and lots of flavor. However I think there was way too much butter. Would cut that done by at least a tbls next time. Otherwise, really great!

    I liked Brussels Sprouts until I tried this recipe. NOW I LOVE THEM!!!! We cook these at least once a week now.

    what a fabulous way to have your greens. fresh is definitely better than frozen! these were tender but still a little crunch to them - al dente, like veggies should be!

    I am the only one in my family who likes brussel sprouts. I convinced them all to at least try this new "gourmet" recipe. Everyone, except for one, thought they were wonderful. I like to have my family eat a variety of fruits and vegetables and now I know I can get them to eat brussel sprouts.

    I've just recently started to like Brussels Sprouts, therefore, I'm constantly looking for new recipes. This one is great! Very delicious. I'll definitely continue to make this recipe!
