I made this last year and plan to make it again this year. I absolutely love sourdough. It was a huge hit. The only thing I added to this was some sausage because I think it gives it just a bit more "bam." This year, I plan to add some pumpernickel to it. YUMMO!!

So easy and really good. Much more flavorful than I was expecting, especially given how easy it is.

I was looking for a homemade stuffing recipe last Thanksgiving (I usually just add to a prepared mix and this one was so good! It's easy and the flavors come together beautifully.

This is a terrific recipe for stuffing for a turkey (or chicken. It's baked outside (not inside of the bird, so no worries about undercooked stuffing or an overcooked bird. Absolutely delicious - just make sure you use high quality ingredients and you can't go wrong with this one.

This is the best dressing I have ever made! I was nervous about trying a new recipe for Thanksgiving, so I made my original as well as this recipe. My family LOVED this recipe and said that I should make it again next year! I followed the recipe except that I couldn't find the fresh Thyme and Sage so I substituted for 1/2 tsp dry and I used canned mushrooms vs. fresh. VERY GOOD!

I made this using garlic focaccia instead of the sourdough and it was soooooo good!! all of my guests loved it. I didn't have low sodium broth so I used regular broth and went easy on salting the veggies. definite keeper!

After trying different stuffing/dressing recipes over the years, I have finallly found one that both my husband and I enjoy! This is moist in the middle and the sourdough adds a delicious tang. Love the combination of flavors. Definitely keeping this one for next year!
