I made this along with my regular stuffing Thanksgiving. Everyone thought it was good and an interesting change. The sourdough gave the stuffing a dense texture and it went well with the fresh cranberry sauce and turkey.

This was a great, healthy, easy recipe that my sister and I prepared for our family for Thanksgiving Dinner. Everyone love it!

I made this for Thanksgiving as I decided I would break away from the prepared boxed stuffing, I figured scratch would probably be better. I loved the sourdough taste, but will add less liquid next time, it was just a little soggy. I also added chopped apple as I thought it would meld well with the sourdough and onion - and it was scrumptious (I love onions and apples together - yes it's a Rachael Ray thing - she however chooses Macintosh, I love Fuji. I will make this again!

Even if you don't like sourdough bread, you will love this recipe. This was easy to make, and even the picky eaters were asking for seconds. I used different mushrooms and dried herbs instead of fresh herbs (because of last minute shopping.

I'll never buy boxed stuffing again! This recipe is a keeper.

Will absolutely make again. Actually decreased the broth by 1/2cup and may try to decrease the butter a little bit because it is actually pretty rich.
Thanks for the recipe and I enjoy the show.

This was a show stopper! I can't believe I used to always use boxed stuffing! This was so easy and a million times better than boxed. The sourdough bread added an extra zing to the flavor. I can't wait to make it again!

This stuffing is loaded with flavor and is very easy to make. I still prefer cornbread dressing, but this was a delicious alternative, and everyone loved it.

My guests loved the stuffing! Although I mistakenly used, regular French bread, rather than Sourdough, some of my guests who had dinner at another house earliar raved about the stuffing! Fantastic, you gotta try it!

I'm a novice cook who loves Stove Top. This was fresh and delicious and not that hard to make. I was so proud of it and my brother-in-law noticed the extra effort of the homemade sourdough croutons. My crush on Dave has nothing to do with my love for this recipe. It's great!

The use of sourdough bread, mushrooms and fresh herbs, made this stugging a winner. unlike the traditional sage stuffing or cornbread stuffing, this is the best in my book.
