These were fantastic. I doubled the batch the second time I made them. Everyone loved them. I doubled the batch and they were still the first thing gone. This is the third recipe I've made of Dave's and the third rave review I've gotten. He seems like the kind of person you'd want to hang out with and his food is equally accessible. Thanks Dave!

I just made these right now! Instead of a 5-spice rub I used a Moroccan rub that I modified from a Tyler Florence recipe. I used a lot of cinammon, corriander, clove, cayenne, paprika, salt and brown sugar. I let it sit for an hour before baking. I took the idea of the water in the oven with it and putting it on a roasting pan instead of a cookie sheet. They turned out perfect!

I also adjusted the yogurt dip to match the flavors. I used fresh parsley and mint instead of cilantro and it was amazing!

I'm going to make this every chance I get!

I used drumsticks and they were a bit dry and bland. I'm going to add some more spice and more salt next time. It sure was easy, though!

My boyfriend, who loves chicken wings, liked these wings and put the dipping sauce on every one. He said that I should try making wings with other dry rubs. Since this was my first time making wings for him, I think that was a bit of a compliment. :

I would probably use a little less Cayenne Pepper next time

What can I say, I'm not a huge fan of chicken but this was so tasty. I watched on tv and the next day found myself buying the ingredients. My kids even loved it and I will most certainly make these again

This is a super easy and incredibly tasty recipe. Made these for our Super Bowl party and everyone loved them. Not messy like regular "buffalo" wings either since there's no sauce.

I was nervous about making these because of the few negative reviews, but they were so ridiculously easy to make and came out perfect! The spices were flavorful, but the wings were definitely NOT hot. For people who regularly eat spicy food, you will just find these well-seasoned. Next time I'll add a lot more cayenne but I would definitely make them again. I loved the dipping sauce as well! It tasted like tzatziki sauce and went perfectly with the wings. These would be great at a party too!
