These pasrty bites are awesome! Everyone I make them for LOVES them... they are easy to make (although I can't seem to get the shape right, so I use a mini muffin tin to keep them looking pretty...

Very yummy! I found the feta and spinach mixture to be a bit dry so I added and egg white to bind it together better. Make sure when you cut your squares out that they are in fact squares or you will have a hard time making the edges match up.

Really good and lots of compliments! Based on some comments that the original recipe was dry, I added some EVOO and also chopped some green onion into the mixture. They were a hit!

I would say mediocre. They were very tasty, but thinking about it I only like the pastry and the spinach just tasted like plain spinach to me, it tasted very amateur. I would suggest looking up a recipe on here for spanikopeta (sp? instead. It only has a few more ingredients. If you're really cooking on a budget just save money by buying pre-maid frozen puffs.

these spinach and feta puff pastry bites were fantastic. i watch the food network channel all the time. I love your show Dave. I just recently developed a liking for spinach. when i saw this recipe i knew i had to try it. They were the best. nice and flaky yet they had so much flavor to them. the garlic added alot.

Served on two occasions to guests, the recipe is quite easy to prepare and gets rave reviews from guests. My mistake the first time was not thawing the pastry in time. Overall, very easy and very tasty.

I was not a fan of these....found them very dry! Maybe it was the brand of pastry I used (peppridge farm
I just found that they had to be dipped in something.....
