Super easy to make and tasty... I didn't have whole milk so I improvised with Evaporated Milk and they turned out great.... accompanied them with strawberries, bananas and Nutella : Yummmm

Very easy, I substituted the flour with my favorite pancake/waffle mix, left out the salt and added another tsp of sugar- mixed wet and dry ingredients separately then combined to have fewer air bubbles. Perfect no waiting!

Delicious and a snap to make. I did find that doubling the recipe would have been more appropriate for more than 3 people. ( this made 6 perfect crepes - 2 each
The only thing is: a lead time of a day or hour prior sometimes doesnt work for us - we're impulsive! But it's clearly necessary because of their light & delicate texture.
Make these - you wont regret it!

My Mom used to make these but used 1 cup flour. I let them rest(at room temperature for at least 20 minutes. Nexy day is even better. Use 1/8 to 1/4 cup batter to make each thin crepe.

Way too much salt for our liking (you are also using salted butter added & to cook in, but the texture was perfect. We will definitely make again - with only a DASH of salt.

We lived in Germany for several years, and would get crepes at every fest. Our favorite filling is nutella, with powdered sugar sprinkled on top. This recipe is right on. Tasted just like what we are used to. (used skim milk instead of whole, and it worked out fine

Pretty great! Super easy. l filled with a little peanut butter and jeIly. didn't wait the 1 hour of "set" time in the fridge-- had a hungry toddler and it was still really good. also used 1/4 c whole wheat flour and white flour for the balance. next time i;ll use more whole wheat because it worked very well.

I tried two other recipes found on other sites and they were too runny. THis one was perfect! I used a 10 inch pan and it made 8 crepes. I left the salt out completely as I was using salted butter. Filled with a cream cheese mixture and had bowls of assorted fruits and let my kids make their own. I topped the fruit with whipped cream, rolled the crepe and added a dollup of cream to the top, garnished with additional fruit. Drizzled with chocolate syrup...my kids LOVED them! We will make these againg for family night!!!
