I love this recipe. The first time around I made it exactly like it said and found it a little salty, so the next time I only put in about 1/2 tsp of salt, and a pinch or two more sugar and a little more vanilla (I like my crepes slightly sweeter and it was SOOOO GOOD. I like mine with blueberries, a drizzle of honey, and a dusting of cinnamon. It's so hard not to eat them plain right off the pan!!!

made these for the first time tonight, warmed nutella and then placed sliced strawberries on top of the nutella, a little powdered sugar....and perfection. Yummy!

These crepes were super simple and absolutely delicious. I did have to change the amount of batter. I was only using about 1/4 cup for each crepe. When I used the full 1/3 cup they were way too thick. Also, next time I will use a blender to mix these. I had small bits of flour that were not mixed in. Other than that the flavor was excellent, the consistency was perfect. I made these with French Vanilla Yogurt and Strawberries for a filling and my wife went nuts!

I've tried so many sweet crepe recipes and I have to say this is by far the BEST!! I highly recommend it to anyone. It's so easy to make and in 10-15 minutes my husband and I enjoyed the best crepes ever. Next weekend we are even having a crepe brunch for our friends. I can't wait to have them try these!

Both my wife and daughter love them. I use a banana rum sauce and roll them up.
