Tasty but wayyy too much butter in crust...half a stick might work better. After I put the filling in and baked it, the filling pushed the semi soft crust out of the plate while baking :-(

Wasn't much sweet potato flavor as well..

This recipe was easy to make and the graham cracker crust was a delicious yet unexpected twist. Will be using ever thanksgiving and christmas holiday, but with a few of my own twist.

This recipe is definitely a winner! I made it this past Thanksgiving without a trial run at all. (After watching the video, it looked so simple that I didn't think I needed one. It was a homerun at dinner! Everyone loved it and even made requests for it the morning after Thanksgiving as breakfast. This pie recipe should certainly be in your pie recipe stash.

Every year our out of town family request this for thanksgiving. They love it. I always make extra's to send home with them.

This was super easy and super tasty! I accidentally used golden brown sugar instead of dark brown and it still tasted fine. Paired it with Sandra Lee's Brown Sugar Whipped Topping, to die for! Only reason I didn't give it a 5 was I baked it for as long as instructed and it was still too soft, had to go 10 minutes longer.

(recipe for topping so you don't have to search
    For Brown Sugar Whipped Cream:

    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
(I used cinnamon instead of the pumpkin pie spice for this dish

Yummy and easy to make! I even bought the pre-made graham cracker crust, which made it even easier! The only thing is I wish it had a bit more sweet potato flavor. Maybe the ones I used were too small... I'll add a little extra next time.
