Ingredients
  • 8 ounces frozen mixed berries
  • 2 small bananas, cut into 2-inch pieces and frozen
  • 6 ounces vanilla yogurt, preferably whole milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
Directions

Add the berries, bananas, yogurt, milk and honey to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
