I made this as a sandwich on toasted sourdough with avocado. What an incredible lunch! Highly recommend this recipe.

This recipe was very easy to put together and makes for very good snacking, something my wife and I enjoy while watching TV or playing board games.

Would make an excellent canape or hors d'oeuvre. Add a robust salad and it becomes a complete meal.
