    Our family rented a house on the beach in Cape May last year and it was my turn to cook. It could not have been easier or tastier. It was casual yet
    show stopping at the same time. I grilled a few cornish hens and gave them
    mustard dressing. I arranged them on the platter split with the pototos and green beans around, definately a winner, thanks!

    This was a very good salad, but I spent alot of money at the grocery store. The flavor was delicious, but I may go a little lighter on the dijon next time.

    I was expecting more after all the good reviews, but the salad turned out a bit bland and nothing spectacular. It was a good idea to get some green beans in for some crunch, but the flavor was lacking.

    I served this delicious potato salad to my family for Mothers Day and everyone loved it! They commented on how healthy it was to eat it because of the fresh green beans ... a fresh new way to eat potato salad!
